CLASS DESCRIPTION

Take bike riding to a whole new level indoors! Let our instructors motivate you through this muscular and cardiovascular endurance class with bike sprints, hill climbs, jumps, and more to your favorite upbeat music. Training on a bike makes this workout low impact but you choose your intensity by adjusting your speed and resistance. Cross-training shoes with flat bottoms, towels and water bottles are highly encouraged. All fitness levels are welcome. Please be advised that bright and flashing lights may be used during our Cycle classes.

WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE

View Class Locations, Descriptions, and Weekly Schedule Updates HERE. Arrive and check-in at the SRC Cycle Studio 15 minutes prior to the start of class. At 5 minutes to class start, anyone registered and not checked-in will be moved to the end of the standby line. Doors will close at the start of class. No late participants will be permitted.

HOW TO JOIN A CLASS

  • Step 1: LOGIN with your ONYEN to confirm you have an active membership. Not a current member? Sign up for our GROUP FITNESS SEMESTER PASS
  • Step 2: Pre-registration required for all classes. Registration will open 48 HRS IN ADVANCE (no drop in participants)
  • Step 3: CANCEL your registration is you are unable to attend: Go to the top right corner to click your profile > Programs Registrations > Click on three dots to press cancel (closes 30 min before class starts)
  • Step 4: Bring your ONE CARD with you to the Front Desk for facility access
  • Step 5: Arrive a minimum of 5 MINUTES before the class begins in order to be checked-in by the instructor (Late participants will not be permitted)

Please note: All requests should be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the class request date. Class requests are not guaranteed and are contingent on instructor and space availability on the day/time of your request.
