Faculty, staff and students have been sent an email directly from Viewfinder® Campus Climate Surveys, LCC, inviting participation in the survey; accommodations are available for those who need them. Responses are confidential, and no personal identifying information will be collected. The survey will be open until November 18, 2022. Questions can be directed to the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment at oira@unc.edu.

Helping the victims of Hurricane Ian

The Carolina Center for Public Service is regularly updating its disaster relief page to identify resources to help ongoing recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. They are working to identify ways to help people impacted by Hurricane Ian in North Carolina and beyond in the days and months ahead.

In the aftermath of such disasters, there is always an outpouring of help. CCPS strives to be intentional about responding in ways that do not further burden or add stress to affected communities. They will monitor the resources on the page to ensure that they are in line with what is needed most, now and in the future.

In conjunction with the State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC), Carolina Cares, Carolina Share (CCCS) is the only authorized fundraising campaign permitted to solicit charitable contributions in the state employee workplace.
