Join us for a discussion on demographic and familial methodological considerations in doing health research with Latinx children and their families.

We'll tackle key demographic variables that are necessary to collect to accurately describe Latinx samples, and cover key parent-child and cultural processes that may impact Latinx families (familism, respect, obligation), as well as how to measure these processes in health research. Cultural stressors will also be addressed including immigration, acculturative stress, discrimination, and changing family dynamics.
