Special Program:
Our exhibits will be closed during this special planetarium program. Guests will enter through our main entrance for check-in, which will open 15 minutes prior to showtime. Doors will close 5 minutes after the start of the show. We are unable to seat guests who arrive more than 5 minutes late for the program.
Ticket Availability: limit 10 tickets/order
Tickets for this program will go on sale 2 weeks prior, and be available online up to one hour prior to showtime. Tickets will be available for purchase in our box office on the day of the program as availability permits.

Members:
Members will be able to purchase tickets to the show up to 2 days early. Since this is a special seasonal program, member discounts do not apply to this show. Members must sign-in at the top-right of the page (or register if you do not have a log-in) to be eligible to purchase tickets early. Limit 2-6 early purchase tickets/member, limit of 50 total tickets available for pre-sale for members.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All ticket sales are final and refunds are not available for absent guests or unused tickets. Refunds are not available for guests who purchase tickets in advance at full price that would otherwise be eligible for a discount if tickets had been purchased in person (such as reciprocal discounts). Purchased tickets may be exchanged for admission to another show of equal or lesser value occurring within the next two weeks if availability permits, however, requests for exchange must be made no later than the day prior to the date on the original ticket. Requests for exchange on or after the date on the original ticket are not accommodated. In the event this program is cancelled as a result of severe weather or other closure, ticketholders will be refunded or offered an exchange to a different show.
